At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Request a Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the jewelry in its original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity and all branded boxes, to ensure safe transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your request to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
